When replying to a general email, always reply to the sender (Reply) and NOT REPLY ALL
This avoids lots of emails being generated that are not of interest to most people.
If you are the original owner of a general email, offering to put on an event and are just looking for numbers, then create an “email group” to ensure that follow-up emails are sent to just those who have replied.
It is important to state that it is your own responsibility to configure your own email account.
