SWAG is a very active social group catering for an increasingly large and diverse membership. It is perhaps inevitable in this situation that disagreements and misunderstandings will occasionally arise, although thankfully this does not happen often and generally it is the fact that the members work well together which makes the group and all its activities as successful as they are. 

We hope that the Complaints Procedure shown below will prove to be unnecessary but it has been drawn up to provide all members of the group with the reassurance that, in the event of a dispute resulting from a group activity, the group will work together to do its best to resolve that dispute.
